- What happen if I
selected an item and put
into the shopping cart
but do not proceed for a
period of time?
Merchandise that has
been put on the shopping
cart will be reserved
for a period of 4 hours
for further execution by
user. After this period,
the merchandise would be
taken out from the cart
(quantity be reduced to
0 upon checkout) and be
available for other
customers.

our products throughout
Malaysia and the world
with reputable courier
services and our in
house delivery services.
For destination in
Malaysia, we offer free
shipping to all that
purchase from us.
Some countries place
restrictions on certain
imports, please check
with your local
authorities before
placing an order.
- When do I expect to
receive the merchandise?
Orders received will be
processed immediately. Estimated
delivery time depends on
the destination address. To
calculate the delivery
time, we add the time it
takes for your ordered
merchandise to arrive at
our warehouse from our
supplier and the time
needed for the delivery
agent to deliver to your
designated addresses.
The following is an
estimated time of
delivery.
Standard shipping: 7 -
14 business days.
Customized merchandise
would delay the delivery
time by a further
advised period.

not deliver to P.O. Box
addresses.
